The 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 (𝗢𝗦𝗔𝗦) and SSC 44th Congress 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗢𝗩𝗣) proudly announces the winning entry of the OSAS Logo Making Contest, designed by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗞𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗞𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘀. After a rigorous and thoughtful evaluation process, her design emerged as the singular choice that best represents the values, mission, and vision of OSAS.

The contest, organized by OSAS and assisted by OVP, drew creative entries from talented participants, each offering unique interpretations of what OSAS stands for. Through careful deliberation, only one design rose above the rest — a logo that not only demonstrates artistic excellence but also embodies the spirit of service, inclusivity, and student empowerment.

The selection was made by a distinguished panel of judges: 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗙𝗿. 𝗚𝗹𝘆𝗻𝗻 𝗖. 𝗢𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗮, 𝗢𝗔𝗥; 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗙𝗿. 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗕. 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻, 𝗢𝗔𝗥; and 𝗠𝘀. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗮 𝗟. 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗼. Their expertise and fair judgment ensured that the winning logo truly reflects the essence of OSAS.

𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘀 - The utilization of USJ-R’s official colors all throughout the logo demonstrates a strong visual link to the university's identity.

𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 - This symbolizes the role of OSAS in student discipline, ensuring fairness and impartiality in all disciplinary actions.

𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 - The shield in the center represents the authoritative and protective role of OSAS, emphasizing how the office disciplines and safeguards the welfare of the entire student body.

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿 - This represents the aspirational goal of OSAS to guide Josenians toward a bright future, serving as a beacon of academic excellence and virtue.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀 - The compass below the star symbolizes the role of OSAS in providing guidance and direction to students as they navigate their journey in the university.

𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘀 - The tree represents student growth and formation, while its roots signify the strong foundation of values and principles that OSAS provides for students to thrive.

𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸 - The open book denotes the commitment of OSAS to student formation and knowledge.

𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗮𝘆𝘀 - The rays emanating from the center represent the comprehensive reach of the services provided by OSAS, extending to all aspects of student growth and development.

𝗙𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 - The figures on the outer ring symbolize the community and collaboration built among Josenians, fostered through the supervision and support of student organizations and activities.

𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗹 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀 - The laurel leaves are a classic symbol of achievement and honor, representing the success and excellence that OSAS aims to cultivate in students.

OSAS and OVP extends its warmest congratulations to 𝗠𝘀. 𝗞𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗞𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘀 for her outstanding achievement. Her winning design will serve not only as the official emblem of the Office of the Student Affairs and Services but also as a lasting symbol of unity, service, and excellence within the student community. We likewise express our gratitude to all participants whose creativity and dedication enriched this contest, making it a true celebration of student talent and spirit.
