‎Acting City Director PCOL. Ricky C. Sumalde personally visited Cebu Eastern College to monitor the security response following a threat that surfaced on social media earlier today, July 2.
‎
‎Carbon Police Station 5, under OIC PCPT Venstine P. Bontilao assisted the visit.
‎
‎Security measures included a thorough building-to-building sweep, mandatory inspection of all students entering the premises.
