📹 24/7 CCTV monitored

🚿 No water supply interruptions
🧹Clean and well maintained
🔇Quiet and safe neighborhood
🚌 Transportations, food stalls/stores are accessible
🧑🍳 Cooking is not allowed inside the room (only rice cooker)
🚬 Smoking is allowed ONLY at the rooftop
🧺 Laundry and drying is allowed at the rooftop
🗑 Garbage should be thrown every day at the main box near the gate
