On the second day of the retreat, SMASN Personnel continued their spiritual journey with a deeper focus on the theme of love, beginning the morning in a spirit of gratitude and openness to Godโs presence. The session centered on the profound truth that love begins with God, flowing into each personโs life as a gift freely given. Personnel were invited to reflect on the identity, โI am Godโs beloved,โ embracing this truth through moments of silence, personal prayer, and heartfelt sharing within the community.
Through guided reflection and spiritual input, the personnel were encouraged to recognize how Godโs love sustains and transforms their daily lives and relationships. The atmosphere of trust and openness allowed each one to encounter love not only as a concept, but as a lived experience that calls them to love others more deeply in return.
In the afternoon, the retreat transitioned into a session on Ignatian discernment, inviting personnels to prayerfully consider the question, โWhat matters most in your life?โ This reflective process led them to listen more attentively to Godโs movement within their hearts, discerning His will through inner stirrings, desires, and experiences.
As the day unfolded, SMASN Personnel engaged in moments of quiet sensing and reflection, seeking clarity and direction in their personal and shared mission. The retreat concluded with a thanksgiving Eucharistic Celebration, where all gathered in gratitude for the grace-filled days, offering their renewed commitments and hearts to God.
