The ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐บ๐ถ๐ฐ ๐ฌ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฑ-๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ was a chapter marked by unforeseen moments that heavily tested the resolve of student leaders and the student body. Yet, through every difficulty, the fire to serve never wavered.

True leadership, however, is not defined solely by the programs implemented, the policies passed, or the milestones achieved. It is defined by the perseverance, the sleepless nights, the unyielding collaboration, and the sheer dedication that made those accomplishments possible.
Through institutional transparency at SOCA and rigorous policy review at the JLS, our councils and student organizations proved that meaningful progress is achieved only when people remain anchored to a common purpose despite the challenges before them.
As this chapter of service gradually comes to a close, it leaves behind an enduring legacy. We faced the storm, we stood our ground, and we served with grit.

The Academic Year 2025โ2026 was marked by challenges, uncertainties, and moments that tested the resolve of student leaders and the community alike. Yet through every difficulty, the commitment to serve remained steadfast.
Looking back, the year was not defined solely by the programs implemented, the policies passed, or the milestones achieved. It was equally defined by the perseverance, collaboration, and dedication that made those accomplishments possible.
And now, as this chapter of service gradually comes to a close, it leaves behind a simple but enduring reminder: meaningful progress is achieved when people remain committed to a common purpose despite the challenges before them.

During the implementation of online and hybrid learning modalities, student feedback played a vital role in informing discussions and representations to administrative and policymaking bodies. Through consultations, surveys, grievance mechanisms, and continuous dialogue, the experiences and concerns of students were gathered and elevated through proper channels.
These collective voices became the basis for recommendations and representations that contributed to the review of existing policies and the consideration of adjustments responsive to the realities faced by students. The process underscored the importance of student participation in governance and demonstrated how meaningful engagement can help shape decisions that directly affect the academic community.
The experience served as a reminder that representation is most effective when it is grounded in the voices, experiences, and perspectives of the students themselves.

The Academic Year 2025โ2026 was guided by a whole-of-government approach that emphasized collaboration among the different branches of student government. Through this approach, policies, programs, and initiatives were pursued with the goal of providing coordinated services and responsive solutions to the needs of the student community.
Across the year, this principle was reflected in various effortsโfrom student welfare initiatives and policy reforms to advocacy campaigns, relief operations, and institutional measures aimed at strengthening transparency, accountability, and student representation.
Grounded in the belief that meaningful progress is achieved through collective action, the Council worked alongside University offices, student leaders, organizations, and stakeholders to address concerns and advance initiatives for the welfare of the student community.

Today, we honor Eid al-Adha, the Feast of Sacrifice. Celebrated on the 10th day of Dhu al-Hijjah, this holy day commemorates the unwavering faith and selflessness of Prophet Ibrahim.
As we reflect on this occasion, let us carry the spirit of compassion, prayer, and kindness into our daily lives and extend a helping hand to those around us.

As this term comes into frame, we look back with hearts full of passion for service.
There is something special about being part of something bigger than yourselfโwhere every effort and quiet moment carries meaning, anchored in the community we serve.
Gratitude fills what words cannot fully expressโfor the trust given, the support felt, and the shared commitment that made every initiative possible. This is the gratitude we carry as we close this chapter.
Through the lens of Peping's Photography Studio, these moments live on not merely as records of a term, but as lasting reminders of the people, purpose, and connection we will always carry with us.
