This was one for the books, not just for the academy but for our student chefs who prepared and served the food & wine to our guests. Truly a memorable evening, filled with joy and laughter, a night with family, loved ones and friends 🥰😍🤩🥳😋
The food was fantastic and paired really well with these special wines and quite delicate vintages. Château Latour was a standout, second only to the Cheval Blanc of course 😃

Happening this week on April 08 & 09 Wednesday and Thursday. Our students are super excited to prepare, cook and serve a special 7 course dinner with wine for their parents, family and friends.
THIS IS OUR GRADUATION EVENT, the graduating students must show that they have the focus, discipline and team work to execute a tasting menu worthy of a fine dining establishment. 😅😋
