Good morning Cebu ! We will be seeing heavy rainfall in Cebu City from 4 p.m to 7 p.m. Cebu City particularly is known for its perennial flooding problems which remains unresolved for quite some time now. (Could have been mitigated or even prevented with proper planning) STAY SAFE CEBU !
