Last October 30, 2025, marks a significant milestone for the Doctor of Public Administration program of CIT University as we proudly held the Dissertation Final Defense of Dr. Michael Malachy Dagami, a doctorand whose research demonstrates academic excellence and dedication to public service.

His dissertation, titled “Water Work System of Selected Municipalities of Southern Leyte: A Development Plan,” offers a comprehensive analysis of local water systems and proposes strategic solutions to enhance water resource management, infrastructure sustainability, and public service delivery.
