The administration officially announces the resumption of regular classes for all academic levels following the suspension caused by recent weather disturbances.
Basic Education – Classes will resume on November 12, 2025 (Wednesday).
Senior High School and College Department – Classes will resume on December 1, 2025 (Monday).
Students are encouraged to prepare ahead and stay informed for any further adjustments or official notices.

𝟭𝟭𝟬 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁

‎To speak of a century and a decade is to speak not in years, but in echoes. It is to listen for the whispers of a thousand departed days in the bustling silence of the present.
‎
‎There is a Confucian ideal, rén (仁), often translated as benevolence or human-heartedness. This institution was conceived not merely as a house of learning, but as a vessel for rén. It is a principle that understands true knowledge is a solemn covenant between the self and the community, a sacred charge to cultivate one’s character not for solitary glory, but for the common good. Here, education has always been an act of anointment, a lighting of one lamp from another against the encroaching gloom.

‎The founder, Mr. Liao Sing Lek, didn't just establish a school; he planted a seed of rén. He envisioned a place where education was an act of building up—of building up character, of building up futures, and ultimately, of building up a community. For over a century, this has been our true curriculum. You see it not in loud proclamations, but in the daily rhythm of the campus. You hear it in a respectful, “zǎo shàng hǎo, Ma’am!” 早上好 offered to a teacher early in the morning, and feel it in the diligent focus of a student striving not just for a grade, but to honor their family’s sacrifice.

‎This legacy of benevolent learning is what has shaped us. We are the inheritors of that gentle, unyielding flame.

‎It is the same light that once flickered in oil lamps over the texts of pioneering scholars, now glowing on the screens of a new generation. It is the light that has gilded the faces of children for eleven decades, revealing not just the answers to equations, but the contours of their own potential. This light does not shout; it illuminates. It has been our silent witness to quiet triumphs and hushed struggles, to the fervent prayers before examinations, and the quiet sigh of a teacher who sees, truly sees, the spark of understanding in a student’s eyes.

‎To have been touched by this light is to be entrusted with its keeping. We are all—alumni, teachers, students—merely temporary stewards of a radiance that predates us and will outlast us. Our highest calling is to burn as brightly as we can, for as long as we are granted the privilege, so that when our time here ends, we may pass the flame on, undimmed.

‎One hundred ten years. A number that signifies both a magnificent arrival and a hopeful beginning. The forge of time has shaped us, and the light we carry is the proof.
‎
‎May it never be extinguished.
