The Judicial Admission Council has approved a successive fifteen (15)-calendar-day extension of the application period for aspiring Associate Justices to fill the remaining vacancies in the Supreme Student Court.
This extension aims to encourage wider participation, strengthen a competitive and merit-based selection process, and ensure the complete composition of the Supreme Student Court in accordance with the 2025 Amended Constitution of CNU Main-SSC and the 2026 JAC Rules.
Interested applicants may refer to the publication materials for the qualifications, documentary requirements, and application procedures. This successive extension is granted pursuant to JAC Resolution No. 2026-06.

Pursuant to Section 5 of JAC Resolution No. 2026-03, the Judicial Admission Council (JAC) hereby issues the Standardized Declaration of Non-Political Party Affiliation Form for all applicants seeking appointment to the Supreme Student Court.
The declaration serves as a verification tool to facilitate the uniform and fair assessment of compliance with the constitutional qualification requiring non-affiliation with political parties. All applicants are advised to complete the form truthfully and completely and submit it in accordance with the prescribed application requirements and timelines.

The Judicial Admission Council (JAC) has adopted a resolution clarifying, for implementation purposes, the constitutional qualification requiring non-affiliation with political parties and authorizing a standardized declaration for verification.
This resolution establishes a clearer understanding of what constitutes political party affiliation and distinguishes it from the mere exercise of personal political beliefs, opinions, or preferences. It further provides a uniform verification process to ensure that all applicants for judicial positions are evaluated fairly, consistently, and in accordance with the constitutional qualifications.

The Judicial Admission Council hereby disseminates JAC Resolution No. 2026-01, otherwise known as the 2026 Rules of the Judicial Admission Council.
This Resolution outlines the rules and procedures that will guide the selection and evaluation of applicants seeking appointment to the Supreme Student Court. It sets forth the qualifications, requirements, examinations, interviews, and other processes that the Judicial Admission Council shall observe in recommending nominees for judicial office.
Pursuant to Article X, Section 4 of the 2025 Amended Constitution of the CNU Main - SSC, the Judicial Admission Council serves as an independent and impartial body tasked with screening, evaluating, and recommending nominees for positions in the Supreme Student Court. Through these Rules, the Council establishes a clear and structured admissions process that promotes fairness, transparency, and merit while ensuring that future members of the judiciary possess the competence, integrity, and independence required of the office.
All interested applicants and members of the student body are encouraged to read and familiarize themselves with the provisions of the Resolution.
