This CES activity aims to empower members of a ๐ง๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐๐ฏ ๐๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐๐ป๐ถ๐๐ ๐จ๐ฟ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฃ๐ผ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ป๐ฐ. (๐ง๐๐จ๐ฃ๐๐๐) through practical sessions on business fundamentals, financial management (including bookkeeping and budgeting), and cooperative governance. At the same time, it provides graduate students with a meaningful serviceโlearning opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a real community setting in line with USCโs mission of social responsibility.

Join us as the Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration graduating candidate presents his in-depth research at the SBE Graduate Program Research Forum (AY 2025โ2026).
The PhD research examines employee turnover intention in the BPO sector, analyzing how flexible working arrangements, talent management, and transformational leadership influence employeesโ intentions to leave. Using quantitative analysis and Structural Equation Modeling, the study highlights the central role of organizational commitment, while also accounting for job embeddedness and job independence. Grounded in Social Exchange Theory, the findings offer insights for strengthening retention strategies and leadership practices in high-attrition industries.

Through her research, the Master of Arts in Economics graduating candidate will present a data-driven study at the SBE Graduate Program Research Forum (AY 2025โ2026).
The MA in Economics research examines household adoption of online transactions in the Philippines, including online buying, selling, bill payment, and online banking, and their contribution to economic growth and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Using national survey data and econometric analysis, the study identifies key socioeconomic and technological factors influencing digital adoption and highlights policy directions to promote inclusive digital and financial participation.
