The Fulbright-Philippine Agriculture Scholarship Program (FPASP) was established for the purpose of developing technical, scientific, professional, and academic leaders and researchers to improve the Philippines’ capability to modernize the scientific and technological skills of people working in agriculture and fisheries. The program will fund research at a U.S. institution in the priority fields of the Department of Agriculture - Philippines and the Agricultural Training Institute.
