By 11:30 AM, the sub-orgs celebrated Pista sa Nayon by eating delicious meals and desserts in salo-salo at their booths.

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐎𝐈𝐍𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐎 𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

On this day 43 years ago, former Senator Benigno Aquino Jr. was shot and killed by several Filipino soldiers at the Manila International Airport.

Exiled abroad for 3 years, Ninoy returned to the Philippines, where he was gunned down just 11 minutes after landing.

Following this, Aquino's supporters lambasted President Ferdinand Marcos Sr. for failing Aquino; the president had control over the military supposed to protect Ninoy, yet the military itself would kill Ninoy. Many even believed that Marcos had ordered the military to kill the returning Aquino.

With this, Aquino's death would quickly spiral into the start of the People Power Revolution.

Inaasahang itatampok ng bawat sub-organization ng departamento ang mayayamang kultura mula sa iba't ibang rehiyon ng Pilipinas sa pamamagitan ng kani-kanilang mga booth.

𝐂𝐎𝐃𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐃: "𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞" ❤️

𝗨𝗖 𝗖𝗧𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗦-𝗖𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, through the 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀' 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆, hosted a meaningful learning and service activity with 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗱 for the children of 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗘𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗮 on 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, at the Barangay Ermita Gym.

The program began with a brief preliminary activity before moving into a series of engaging activities, including a storytelling presentation of "𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿," brought to life through a roleplay by one of the Educators' Society officers. This was followed by a 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, where the children had the opportunity to share and reflect on what they had learned. The children then participated in age-appropriate teaching sessions designed for different levels, from 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆, making the lessons more engaging and easier to understand.

Through this collaboration, it created a fun and meaningful space where children could learn, participate, and connect with others.

𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

The 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀' 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 (ES) attended a 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿, headed by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗘𝗱𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗜𝗹𝗹𝘂𝘁, the 𝗨𝗖 𝗝𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝟯. The seminar was successfully conducted on 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, at the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗲𝗯𝘂 - 𝗝𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗖𝗧𝗘 𝗔𝗩𝗥. It aimed to promote safety and security awareness and help foster a safe environment.

In light of the event, personnel from the 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘂 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (BFP) provided useful tips and information that can be applied to ensure the safety of students and school staff both within and outside the school premises. A few minutes had passed before the fire alarm went off, officially signalling the start of the fire drill. The safety personnel, advisors, and student leaders worked together to guide students and ensure that proper safety procedures were followed. Following the drill, a demonstration on the proper use of a fire extinguisher was conducted to provide the students and school staff with a better understanding of the correct procedures and safety precautions to follow during a fire emergency.

The seminar and drill served as a valuable reminder that preparedness and awareness are essential in keeping everyone safe.

CTE students came together for "𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐫'𝐬 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛," enjoying a free and delicious breakfast at the 𝐔𝐂 𝐁𝐚𝐫 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭! It was made even more special with the presence of our Dean, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐑𝐞𝐱 𝐓. 𝐀𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐞, and Chairpersons, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐑𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐨 𝐁. 𝐌𝐞𝐥𝐠𝐚𝐫, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐂𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚 𝐎. 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐬, and 𝐌𝐫. 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐬 𝐄. 𝐎𝐥𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐬, who joined us in making the morning a memorable one.

Before CTE pulled off a massive double victory in Pasiaw sa Sayaw and Your Face Sounds Familiar, Tambay sa UC 2026 first revealed the services offered by departments like the Guidance Office, Library, Clinic, Scholarship Office, and others.

It also introduced other departments that protect the well-being and rights of the students, from the Gender and Development Office to the Environmental, Health, and Safety Office.

On a final note, the uniforms of all the departments were showcased to the freshmen.
