CONGRATULATIONS to Mr. Edcel La Rosa Cabalan for being awarded as one of the MOST OUTSTANDING MINGLANILLAHANON in the recent SUGAT KABANHAWAN FESTIVAL 2023.

Mr. Cabalan was recognized for his invaluable efforts in the field of Arts and Culture. He is a Visual Arts Awardee for Harvest of Honors (Ani ng Dangal 2022) of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts under the Office of the Philippine President, and a Dubai-based Filipino architect.

Mr. Cabalan's artistry goes beyond the scope of architecture. He is also invested and photography and has been given several local and international recognitions in the photography society. Among his awards include the International Photography Awards, Buildings (IPA-PH), Sultan Bin Zayed Photography Competition, The Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers UK, Xposure International Competition, A Falcon's Shadow (Best of the Emirates), and many others.

He is an alumnus of Batch 1993. Currently, he is residing in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and works as an Architect, Artist, and Photographer.

Truly, IHMAnians excel not only in the local scope but can also compete in the international scope as well.

In pursuant to Executive Order No. 203, s. 1987, April 9 of every year is Araw ng Kagitingan. Hence, President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr, signed Proclamation No. 90 declaring April 10, 2023, as a Regular Holiday in the Philippines.

Today, we celebrate the 81st Anniversary of the Fall of Bataan where Philippine-American troops on this war-ravaged, bloodstained peninsula have laid down their arms. We remember their hardships and sacrifices just for us to have our own freedom.

May we always uphold the values of our heroes and continue to live their legacy.

Ms. Valleser was recognized for her invaluable efforts in the field of Academic Excellence. She is an alumna, a former faculty member, and a former ARSC Teacher Servant. She is the Top 1 - Top Tech Integrators and Most Dedicated Teacher by the Nuestra Dela Salud Education Consultancy.

Currently, she is the Education Program Specialist 2 of the Department of Education.

She represented Kulturang Guinkophaanon with the clustered Barangays of Guindaruhan, Tungkop, and Tunghaan.

Jesus was laid in his tomb after his death by crucifixion. It is a day of deep reflection and mourning.

May we contemplate the sacrifices of our Lord as he redeemed the whole world.

Jesus died on the cross and has redeemed the whole world. Let us thank Jesus for showing us the true manifestation of Love. May the death of our Lord be a reminder of His everlasting love and the hope of eternal life. Have a blessed Good Friday.
