𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗜𝗡 | The Notre Dame of Jolo College Pharmacy Program proudly secured 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝟭𝟭 among 18 participating schools during the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝘇 𝗕𝗲𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 held at the University of San Carlos Downtown Campus, Cebu.

For the very first time, the NDJC Pharmacy Program officially competed in the national competition proper through the initiative of the Junior Philippine Pharmacists Association - NDJC Chapter and the COPMED Department with the unwavering support of NDJC. This milestone marks another significant step in strengthening the institution’s presence in the national pharmacy academic community.

Organized by the Junior Philippine Pharmacists Association – Pi Chapter under the 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, the National Pharmacy Quiz Bee 2026 gathered some of the brightest pharmacy students from across the country in a showcase of knowledge, critical thinking, strategy, and academic excellence.

Representing not only the institution but also standing as the sole representative from Mindanao, the NDJC delegates demonstrated resilience, competence, and determination throughout the competition. Their participation reflects the growing commitment of the NDJC Pharmacy Program in advancing academic excellence and empowering future pharmacists to compete on a national platform.

The team extends its heartfelt gratitude to the administration, faculty, and supporters whose encouragement and trust made this endeavor possible. Indeed, NDJC continues to uphold and support students who strive for excellence, leadership, and professional growth.

Through on line education in hospital settings, students develop essential competencies such as medication management, patient counseling, drug interaction monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

This training enhances critical thinking, clinical decision-making, and professional responsibility, allowing future pharmacists to actively contribute to patient-centered health care practice .
