All BSIE students are advised to check the schedule corresponding to their 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝒍𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 and be guided accordingly.

CTU–Moalboal updates Enrollment Schedule for AY 2026–2027 1st Semester

Cebu Technological University (CTU) – Moalboal Campus issued an official memorandum, announcing an amended enrollment schedule for the first semester of Academic Year (AY) 2026–2027 on August 4, 2026.

In the updated schedule, late enrollees, summer students, and irregular students are set to process their admission on August 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, and 12, 2026.

According to CTUMB Memorandum No. F11-63, s. 2026, all concerned students are directed to complete their registration on or before the final deadline on August 12, 2026.

Additionally, for those requiring adjustments to their study load, the period for adding and changing subjects has been scheduled for August 13, 15, and 17, 2026.

The memorandum also clarified that all other provisions from the original enrollment announcements remain in full force and effect.

Furthermore, Mr. Gresulmar R. Carba from the Registrar's Office explained the importance of enrolling in the given time frame as the submission of enrollment billing requirements to the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) is due on August 20, 2026.

“Kinahanglan karung [August] 20 naa natay report sa total population sa enrollees… na forward na na nato ang total population sa Main Campus, so by [August] 25, naa na na sa DBM ang tanang list. So mao na nga ato nalang gipamub-an ang atong enrollment schedule,” he said.

He also added that any enrollees beyond the scheduled time frame will still be accepted for enrollment and are still eligible for free tuition, but they will not be included in the DBM funding allocation for the semester.
