On August 21–23, 2026, Bala National High School was filled with energy, sportsmanship, teamwork, and school spirit as we celebrated the Intramurals 2026!

The celebration officially began with a Holy Mass, followed by the much-awaited Opening Ceremony, where students, athletes, and teams came together to kick off three exciting days of competition.

Adding more color and excitement to the event were the booths prepared by the SSLG, BKD and YES-O, each showcasing creativity, teamwork, and student participation.

With the guidance of our dedicated adviser Ma'am Mary Ann C. Mohler and the unwavering support of our School Head Mrs. Maricel R. Sabandal, we, the SSLG Officers are prepared to fulfill our duties with excellence, integrity, and passion.

We may have arrived fashionably late, but our mission - as our logo declares - to lead, serve, and inspire is right on time.

Yesterday, July 31, 2026 marked the first coordination meeting by our SSLG officers together with the YES-O and BKB officers alongside their ever-supportive Advisers - Ma'am Mary Ann C. Mohler (SSLG); Ma'am Sampaguita C. Collado, (YES-O); and Ma'am Arlene Serognas (BKB).

Also joining was Ma'am Ritchel Mae Genelaso (SLRC Coordinator), who shared about the program "Book Reader, Book Leader" a reminder of the vital role of reading in shaping leaders and learners.

This gathering stood as a symbol of unity, participation, and service. With the guidance of their mentors and the dedication of student leaders, the upcoming school events are set to be a vibrant celebration of teamwork, sportsmanship, and shared responsibility.

The 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚) 𝗦𝗬 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 leaves behind a remarkable project that will continue to inspire every Balaanon — the “𝗜 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗡𝗛𝗦” signage.

This symbol is more than just a design; it is a lasting reminder of the students’ pride, unity, and commitment to their beloved school. Through this project, the SSLG has shown that true leadership is not only about service today, but also about leaving a legacy that future learners can cherish.

"The future is bright! 🌟

Today, February 16, 2026, our Grade 10 and 12 students took a major step towards shaping their futures! Our Career Guidance Sessions and Culmination was an eye-opener—helping them explore passions, interests, and pathways with confidence.

Headed by our dedicated guidance counselors, Mrs. Mary Jane T. Templado (Junior High School) and Ms. Nikka Pilayre (Senior High School), the session was further enriched by the wisdom of our distinguished speakers from CTU-Moalboal, PESO-Alcantara, and Moalboal, who shared valuable insights on choosing the right career path.

Gratitude also goes to our amazing teachers for guiding them every step of the way. Whether it was choosing subjects, exploring college options, or planning a career, our students are now more prepared to take on the world!
