Hello teachers~

We are in need of 2 HOMEBASED ESL TEACHERS who have the following requirements ;

1. CV/Resume
2. Self-intro video
3. Classin QR Code
4. Has at least 1 year online ESL experience and knows how to navigate Classin.
5. Demo video (not required but a plus)
6. Teaching certificates (not required but a plus)

Other information;
1. SCHEDULE : peak hours 6pm-10pm but teachers are also encouraged to open slots in the morning and afternoon.
2. BOOKING SCHEDULE : we use haoclass and teachers are allowed to open their own slots any time they want.
3. SALARY : 70php/25 minutes, payday is every 5th and 20th of the month
4. STUDENTS: Students are from China, teachers may handle mtm and group class (have different rate)

📌 Job Description
We are looking for fun, energetic, and intelligent individuals from different backgrounds who will help transform our clients’ communication skills and make them more competitive in today’s dynamic business world. We need people who are passionate about teaching/training and can bring excitement to the learning experience.

📌 Requirements:
-College-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
-Relevant experience is not required, but experience as an ESL teacher or teaching English in the academe is an advantage
-Excellent English Communication Skills both oral and written
-Comfortable in using online platforms for teaching
- Has high sense of professionalism and commitment
- Energetic, pleasant, engaging and positive work attitude

📌 Work and technical requirements
- Quiet, dedicated workspace
- PC or Mac (laptop or desktop)
- A noise-cancelling computer headset with a microphone

📌 Work hours
Number of hours per week: 20 hrs or more
Number of days per week: 5 to 7 days
Working days: any day of the week as long as it meets the total number of hours per week.
