On November 26, 2025, the University of Cebuโ€“METC proudly celebrated the Mental Health Celebration with the theme "Mental Health in an Unequal World: Powering Up Support and Rolling for the Next Sequel."

Despite the adjustments brought about by the recent calamities, the UCโ€“METC Guidance Center remained committed to pushing through with this eventโ€”aiming to bring joy, support, and promote mental wellness among our staff and students.

Our exhibit is still open for viewing until November 28, 2025 and everyone is invited! See you there!

LOOK | MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH KICKOFF! โœจ

Last Friday, our Basic Education Guidance officially opened our Mental Health Awareness Month and everyone joined in the fun! ๐ŸŽฎ๐Ÿ’š

With an online games-themed celebration, featuring fan favorites like Pokรฉmon, Mobile Legends, Super Mario and many more! From booth to booth, everyone enjoyed fun challenges, mini-games, and activities designed not just to entertain, but to remind us of the importance of play, connection, and taking care of our well-being.๐Ÿ’š

A huge shoutout to our SEACAST and Hospitality Management instructors and students for preparing an amazing spread of themed treats and refreshing drinks, all inspired by the gaming world! ๐Ÿช๐Ÿงƒ
