School values/core values are the most important aspect that students should adhere to because they can help communicate the story of your school, and this is a mission, standards, and desired outcomes that students should have. Core values can help students understand what is right and wrong, and this can change students' mindsets and behaviors. Following and understanding the core values provides the foundation for creating the environment you desire. These values should not be overlooked as they have the potential to significantly rebuild a person's character, and all students need to do is begin helping themselves.

These days, we've noticed that many students nowadays have a tendency to forget these fundamental principles, which has resulted in a number of incidents of inappropriate behavior. We hypothesized that previous online coursework and a lack of rigorous conduct instruction contributed to students' disregard for the importance of these fundamental principles. Some students are no longer acting in accordance with the moral standards taught in schools. As a result, the primary goal of this campaign is to raise student awareness of the importance of guiding principles in assisting them in recognizing their unique identities and the contributions they can make to society at large as well as to school.

Our project proposal's main objective is to inform fellow Immaculatarians about the value of core principles in helping them understand who they are and what they can offer not just in our school but also to the outside world.

Our group aims to inform the students about their core values by posting awareness campaigns in a Facebook group we made to help accomplish our goal. The scope of our project is to be able to reach the minds and hearts of the administrators and fellow students globally, especially the students at CMIC.

These values are the heart of what our school and its students stand for in the world.

Core values are fundamental commitments and deeply held convictions that enable schools to successfully manage difficult situations while maintaining their own identity and culture. When school administrators fail to introduce these values as the school year approaches its end, people tend to forget these values and enjoy the freedom they have, causing these values to lose importance. Therefore, as result of this problem, we’ve planned to implement Core Values Awareness.
