The University of Cebu - College of Medical Technology Intern Government invites you to participate in our 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠-𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐭: 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 in partnership with the University of Cebu - Community Awareness, Relation, and Extension Services (UC-CARES), University of Cebu-Medical Center, and St. Vincent General Hospital. This activity aims to provide safe and quality blood units collected from voluntary donors in the community, promote and encourage voluntary blood donation, educate the community on the benefits of such, and inculcate awareness that the same is a humanitarian act.

Tomorrow, November 26, 2021 (Friday), we will be physically inputting and registering for our next RT-PCR test for the month of December. Our meeting area will be at the exit area of VSMMC, near the skywalk.

DON'T FORGET ‼️
✅ Bring a pen and a valid ID.
✅ Be in the venue 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
✅ Always strictly follow the health and safety protocols.

In line with the upcoming limited face-to-face internship, there will be a virtual orientation tomorrow, November 13, 2021, at 5 PM via Zoom. It will follow shortly after the MTAP discussion.

ATTENDANCE IS A MUST! Hence, we expect every intern's presence and participation during the meeting.

Reminding all Set A interns of their RT-PCR testing tomorrow, November 12, 2021, at 8 AM. Please don't forget to bring the following:
💉 Pen
💉 Valid ID
💉 A printed copy of the file from the email sent by the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center.

We highly encourage every one of you to:
💉 Be in the venue 15 minutes before the scheduled time of swabbing. You may ask the guard to direct you as to where the swabbing area is located.
💉 Always strictly follow the health protocols.

BATCH EXORDIUM, ARE WE ALL READY?

Congratulations for making it this far! 🥳
Our face-to-face internship is just a week away. Still, it's not too late to pack up the essentials needed before we step foot at our first destination, the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center-Laboratory Department. Here is a list of must-haves for a Medtech intern like you:

1. Medical Certificate (uploaded in Google drive)
2. Vaccinated for COVID-19
3. Vaccinated for Hepatitis B
4. PhilHealth member
5. Internship duty uniform and lab coat
6. Face mask and Gloves
7. Storage box
8. Laboratory shoes (white shoes for VSMMC lab use only)
9. Completed the vaccination survey
10. Hygiene kit
a. Ethyl Alcohol 70%/ Hand Sanitizer
b. Cleansing Wipes/Tissue paper/Toilet Paper/Hand Towel
c. Extra Face Mask
d. Hand soap
11. Completed and passed the swab registration form in Google drive.

Make sure to comply with the requirements mentioned above.

For RT-PCR testing, Please observe the following:
1. BE ON TIME for your scheduled date and time of swabbing.
2. Always strictly follow the health protocols.

May we use the remaining days to prepare ourselves for the limited face-to-face internship.
