To ensure you remain eligible for the grant, please secure a copy of your study load from the Registrar by December 13, 2024. It signifies that you are officially enrolled for the second semester of this academic year.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

UPDATE REGARDING THE SCHEDULED PRELIMINARY EXAMINATIONS
SEPTEMBER 12, 2022

As of 11:30 AM, the ACT school server is down due to a temporary system error. Due to the ongoing issue, the SAMS portal is currently inaccessible by all college students intending to take the scheduled Preliminary Examinations beginning today, September 12, 2022 (Monday) until September 16, 2022 (Friday). The ACT Software Development Office (SDO) is currently working on solving the technical issue and hopes to have the SAMS portal available again by September 14, 2022 (Wednesday) for all college students to take their Preliminary Exams. Respectively, the Exam period will be extended to allow students to complete their exams on the SAMS portal until September 17, 2022 (Saturday).
