IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

UPDATE REGARDING THE SCHEDULED PRELIMINARY EXAMINATIONS
SEPTEMBER 12, 2022

As of 11:30 AM, the ACT school server is down due to a temporary system error. Due to the ongoing issue, the SAMS portal is currently inaccessible by all college students intending to take the scheduled Preliminary Examinations beginning today, September 12, 2022 (Monday) until September 16, 2022 (Friday). The ACT Software Development Office (SDO) is currently working on solving the technical issue and hopes to have the SAMS portal available again by September 14, 2022 (Wednesday) for all college students to take their Preliminary Exams. Respectively, the Exam period will be extended to allow students to complete their exams on the SAMS portal until September 17, 2022 (Saturday).

We thank you for your patience and kind understanding. Further updates will be given later this week. You may contact (032) 238-2380 for further details.

There will be no office on September 09, 2022 (Friday) because it has been declared as Special Non-Working day in the entire province of Cebu in honor of President Sergio Osmeña Sr.

Office will resume on September 10, 2022 (Saturday) to accept tuition payments.
