Divine Mercy — God’s Boundless Compassion | A call to receive & share God’s mercy

On Divine Mercy, we pause to behold the depth of God’s compassion poured out in Christ: a mercy that forgives, restores, and sends us back into the world to be instruments of healing. In the face of our failures and fears, God meets us with patient love and a call to new life. May this day deepen our trust in God’s forgiveness and inspire us to show mercy to others with humble hearts and generous hands.

“Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.” Luke 6:36

Christ is Risen! 🙏🏻
Alleluia! Alleluia! 🎊

Easter Sunday — He Is Risen | A morning of triumph, renewed hope & living joy

On Easter Sunday we celebrate the heart of the Christian faith: Jesus’ victory over death and the promise of new life for all who trust in Him. After the sorrow of Good Friday and the quiet of Holy Saturday, the tomb is found empty and the disciples are met with the life‑changing proclamation that Christ is risen. This day calls us from mourning into joy, from fear into bold witness, and from waiting into active hope. As we gather in church, in homes, and in community, may the light of the Resurrection renew our faith, heal our wounds, and send us forth to live as people transformed by grace.

“He is not here; He has risen, just as He said. Come and see the place where He lay.” Matthew 28:6

“Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for Him.” Psalm 37:7

Today, we are invited to embrace the silence, to sit with our uncertainties, and to trust even when we cannot yet see the light. For in God’s time, darkness gives way to resurrection. 🖤

Black Saturday — The Vigil of Waiting | A day of silent mourning, hopeful watchfulness & quiet anticipation

Black Saturday, the day between Good Friday and Easter Sunday, holds a solemn stillness as the Church waits at the Lord’s tomb, mourning His death while quietly anticipating the joy of the Resurrection. In this holy pause, we enter the mystery of Christ’s rest and His descent to the place of the dead, trusting that God’s redeeming work continues even in the silence. May this day draw us into contemplative prayer, patient hope, and renewed trust in the promise of new life.

"For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive in the Spirit. After being made alive, He went and made proclamation to the imprisoned spirits." 1 Peter 3:18-20

The 7 Last Words of Jesus

On this Good Friday, we listen not just with our ears, but with our hearts. The Seven Last Words of Jesus reveal a love that forgives, a mercy that saves, and a surrender that redeems.

In every word, there is an invitation, to forgive more, to trust deeper, and to love even in suffering. May we carry these words within us, not just today, but in the way we live each day. ✝️🙏🏻

“If I, therefore, the master and teacher, have washed your feet, you ought to wash one another’s feet.” — John 13:14

On this Maundy Thursday, may we learn to love with humility, serve with compassion, and give without counting the cost. 🤍

Have a blessed Maundy Thursday!

Maundy Thursday — The Lord’s Last Supper & the Washing of the Feet | A night of humble service, sacrificial love & the new covenant

On Maundy Thursday, we gather at the table where Jesus shared His final meal with the disciples, instituted the sacrament of communion, and modeled servant leadership by washing their feet. In that intimate hour, He taught us that remembrance and service belong together: we are called to receive His grace, to break bread in memory of His sacrifice, and to wash one another’s feet in humility and love. May this day renew our commitment to follow Christ’s example of self-giving, compassion, and faithful obedience.

"And He took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is My body given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” In the same way, after the supper, He took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is poured out for you.” Luke 22:19-20

"Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you." John 13:14-15

Hosanna in the highest! 🌿

As we begin Holy Week, we are reminded that following Jesus is not only about praise in moments of joy, but also about staying faithful through sacrifice and surrender.

May this Holy Week lead us to reflect deeply, love more genuinely, and walk more closely with Him.

Have a blessed Palm Sunday! 🙏🏻

Hosanna: The King Comes in Humility | From joyful palms to the path of the Cross — we follow Christ in love

Today we commemorate Palm Sunday of the Lord’s Passion, when the crowds welcomed Jesus with palms and shouts of “Hosanna,” and the same Lord set his face toward the Cross for our salvation. As we wave palms in praise, let our hearts also embrace the humility, obedience, and sacrificial love that lead to new life. May this Holy Week deepen our prayer, strengthen our compassion, and move us to serve others in Christ’s name.

Behold, the Handmaid of the Lord | Mary’s yes opens the door to God’s saving presence

Today we celebrate the Annunciation, when the angel Gabriel brought God’s tender invitation to Mary and she answered with a trusting yes. In her humility and courage, we see the beginning of salvation and a model for our own discipleship. May Mary’s fiat deepens our faith, soften our hearts to God’s will, and inspire us to say yes to love, mercy, and service in our daily lives.

Happy Feast Day to Our Lady of Lourdes! 🙏🏻💙🤍

Our Lady of Lourdes, Source of Healing |
Today we celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes. In the quiet of the grotto, Mary appeared to Bernadette and revealed a spring of mercy—an enduring sign that God meets us in our weakness and brings healing to body and soul.

Like those who have come to the spring with hope and prayer, may we bring our burdens and trust in God’s tender care. May Our Lady of Lourdes guide us to acts of compassion, strengthen our faith, and remind us that even small gestures of love can become channels of grace.

O Mary, Mother of God, pray for us and intercede for us in this New Year!

May we continuously be inspired by your life as we enter this 2026 with peace, prosperity and grace-filled moments.

To Jesus with Mary! 💙🤍

We open the new year on the Solemnity of Mary, the Holy Mother of God—a perfect reminder that every new beginning is rooted in faith, humility, and trust. As this new year unfolds, we surrender our hopes, dreams, and struggles into God’s hands, following Mary’s example of obedience and faithfulness. Like her, may we say “yes” to God again, one day at a time. With Mary leading us to her Son, Jesus, we are never alone—for she intercedes for us and gently guides our steps.

May this year be filled with courage, faith, growth, and hope as we follow her example and trust in God’s loving plan for us.

Prayer to the Holy Family

Jesus, Mary and Joseph,
in you we contemplate
the splendour of true love; to you we turn with trust.
Holy Family of Nazareth,
grant that our families too
may be places of communion and prayer, authentic schools of the Gospel
and small domestic churches.
Holy Family of Nazareth,
may families never again experience violence, rejection and division;
may all who have been hurt or scandalized find ready comfort and healing.
Holy Family of Nazareth,
make us once more mindful
of the sacredness and inviolability of the family, and its beauty in God’s plan.
Jesus, Mary and Joseph, Graciously hear our prayer.
Amen.
