I was privileged to deliver a talk to some 32 graveyard shift managers of Qualfon in one of their weekly editions of “Qualfon Learning Sessions” at the Qualfon University Office. My topic, "The Art Of Winning People", centered on the concept of creating an environment where everyone can win.
