In line with the memo from the 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, please be guided by the following class and work arrangements for May 2026.

𝗜𝗻 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝘆, the University of San Carlos announces the 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟬𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆. The university community is advised to be guided accordingly as we respectfully observe this regular holiday.

The University has issued a new advisory regarding 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 starting 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟭𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, in response to rising fuel costs and geopolitical uncertainty.

All faculty, staff, and students are advised to take note of these temporary adjustments and prioritize safety and resource-conscious decisions. Academic and student activities are encouraged to transition to virtual formats to ensure seamless continuity.

The University urges everyone to remain resilient, utilize digital alternatives for travel, and follow official directives as we navigate this situation together.
