Congratulations Joaquin Kyle Bacaltos! Regional Champion for Central Visayas in the 29th Philippine Statistics Quiz 🏆🌟🥇🏆

The University of San Carlos, through the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, congratulates Mr. Joaquin Kyle C. Bacaltos, first-year BS Electronics and Communications Engineering student, for emerging as the Regional Champion for Central Visayas in the 29th Philippine Statistics Quiz (PSQ) held on November 6, 2025, at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Regional Office 7.

Mr. Bacaltos was mentored by Mr. Rene N. Argenal of the Department of Computer & Information Sciences & Mathematics, whose guidance played a pivotal role in this accomplishment.

With this achievement, Mr. Bacaltos will represent Central Visayas in the National Finals of the Philippine Statistics Quiz on December 10, 2025, in Manila.
