Attention, ALL NSTP Students:

You are required to attend the Josenian's C.A.R.E Orientation scheduled for tomorrow.

Please ensure your attendance and punctuality.

ID REQUIREMENTS FOR BASAK CAMPUS
(ELEMENTARY, JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL, SENIOR HIGH SHOOL AND BASAK COLLEGE)

Requirements for ID picture for NEW STUDENTS AY 2022-2023:

Venue for picture taking: USJ-R MAIN CAMPUS / BASAK CAMPUS

NOTE: EMPLOYEES MAY DISREGARD THE REQUIREMENTS

1. Officially enrolled this 1st semester 2022-2023 (Show proof of subject load from your SIS in a screenshot) and show it to our office.

NOTE: IDs will not be processed for not officially enrolled students for 1st SEM 22-23.

2. Please bring with you a hard copy of your ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT from the registrars office as proof that you have submitted your credentials. Also send a SOFT COPY here in the chatbox.

3. For male - Short hair with no color, No mustache
For females - Colored hair is not accepted.
4. OPTION 1: Please bring with you your school uniform (upper only) - For sanitation purposes (Borrow from your relatives.) (Disregard for Law Students and Graduate School).

OPTION 2: You may bring with you plain white polo with collar as an alternative for both male and female.

NOTE: UNIFORM FOR MEDICAL COURSES

NURSING
Male : White polo shirt
Female: Nursing uniform (If unavailable, we will let you borrow.)

MEDTECH
Male: White polo shirt
Female: Labgown

OPTION 2: You may bring with you plain white polo with collar as an alternative for both male and female.

5. We now have office hours on Saturdays. (HALF-DAY)
6.We are open from 8 am to 11 am in the morning and 1 pm to 3 pm in the afternoon.

NOTE: PLEASE READ THE 4TH REQUIREMENT CAREFULLY. WE WILL NO LONGER PROVIDE UNIFORMS TO BORROW.

NOTE: If you have completed all the requirements, you may go directly to the Safety and Security Department (Ground Floor) St Joseph Building in the Main Campus and for Basak Campus SSD Office located in St Pius Building. Appointments are now disregarded as of this moment. We now accept walk-in as long as you have completed all the requirements.
ID's will be release for 7 working days.
