The 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚) of 𝗗𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗼 𝗢𝘀𝗺𝗲ñ𝗮 𝗦𝗿. 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, in partnership with the 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗥𝗔𝗙), successfully commenced 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭 of the 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 held on 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, at 𝗗𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗼 𝗢𝘀𝗺𝗲ñ𝗮 𝗦𝗿. 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹.

The first day of the program marked the beginning of a meaningful initiative dedicated to promoting oral health and providing quality dental care to our learners. Students were given access to essential dental services, including:

This initiative reflects the shared commitment of the 𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚 and the 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗥𝗔𝗙) to improving the health and well-being of every learner. Through collaboration and compassionate service, we continue to provide accessible, quality dental care while fostering healthier smiles within our school community.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗥𝗔𝗙), our volunteer dentists and dental professionals, the school administration, faculty members, and everyone who contributed to the successful launch of this program.

🦷 FREE DENTAL SERVICES | July 15–19, 2026 🦷

The Supreme Secondary Learners Government (SSLG) of Don Sergio Osmeña Sr. Memorial National High School, in partnership with the Rise Above Foundation (RAF), conducted the Free Dental Services Program from July 15 to July 19, 2026, at Don Sergio Osmeña Sr. Memorial National High School.

This meaningful initiative was made possible through the generosity and dedication of the Rise Above Foundation (RAF), which provided essential dental services to our learners as part of its commitment to promoting oral health and overall well-being. Through this collaborative effort, students were given the opportunity to receive professional dental care in a safe, accessible, and learner-centered environment through:

The SSLG extends its sincerest gratitude to the Rise Above Foundation (RAF), our volunteer dentists and dental professionals, the school administration, faculty members, and everyone who contributed to the success of this initiative. 🌋 𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦 𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡

As of July 9, 2026, 10:08 AM, the Cebu City Government has announced the suspension of classes at all levels, both in public and private schools, until further notice due to the volcanic ashfall brought about by the recent eruption of Mt. Kanlaon.

This precautionary measure is being implemented to protect the health, safety, and well-being of all learners, teachers, and school personnel while authorities continue to closely monitor the situation.

The public is encouraged to remain calm, rely only on official updates from PHIVOLCS, PAGASA, and the Cebu City Government, and refrain from spreading unverified information. Everyone is also advised to wear face masks when outdoors, especially children, senior citizens, pregnant women, and individuals with respiratory conditions. If ashfall becomes heavier, stay indoors whenever possible and follow the guidance of your local authorities.

Let us continue to pray for the safety of all communities affected by the eruption of Mt. Kanlaon. May everyone remain safe, vigilant, and prepared as we face this situation together.
