As we move closer to the end of our college journey, all graduating students are advised to carefully take note of the following important deadlines and key events.

Included in this announcement are the deadlines for requirements and payments, such as the submission for COT Student Service and Excellence Awards, DP-related deadlines, Graduation Ball and Ring Hop payments, and Graduation Fees. It is important that all students comply within the given timelines to avoid any inconvenience or complications in the process.

In addition, please be guided by the schedule of major academic and graduation-related events, including the Toga Sizing, Graduation Practice, Baccalaureate Mass, Graduation Ball and Ring Hop, and the Graduation Day itself. Attendance and participation in these activities are essential as we formally conclude our academic journey.

Four meetings strong and still moving forward! The COT Graduating Council has successfully conducted its fourth weekly meeting, continuing its efforts to organize and prepare the remaining activities for Batch 2026.

During the meeting, the council discussed important matters regarding the school-related awards for the upcoming Graduation Ball and Ring Hop, including the requirements and considerations for recognizing deserving graduating students. These discussions aim to ensure that the awards properly acknowledge the achievements and contributions of the graduating batch.

The council also reviewed the deadlines for payments related to graduation activities, reminding representatives to coordinate with their classmates to ensure that all required payments are submitted on time and properly recorded.

In addition, several graduation-related concerns were addressed, particularly updates regarding the schedules for the Baccalaureate Mass, Graduation Practice, and the Graduation Song to be performed during the commencement exercises. The College of Technology Graduating Council officially releases the Graduation Pictorial Schedule for COT Graduating Students.

All graduating students are advised to carefully check their assigned date and schedule to ensure a smooth and organized pictorial process.

• Morning Session: As early as 9:00 AM
• Afternoon Session: As early as 12:00 NN

Please make sure to arrive on time on your assigned date and follow the schedule indicated for your respective program. Being punctual will help keep the pictorial process efficient for everyone.

The COT Graduating Council 2026 successfully conducted its third weekly meeting last March 7, continuing its efforts to address important matters concerning our graduating students.

During the meeting, the council discussed several concerns raised by Batch 2026, allowing representatives to clarify questions and relay feedback from their respective programs. Updates and expectations regarding the graduation pictorial were also reviewed to ensure that all preparations and guidelines are clearly understood by the graduating batch.

Another key agenda was the discussion and breakdown of the Graduation Ball and Ring Hop, where important details about the activity were presented. This was followed by the RNP Jewelry presentation of the graduation rings, giving the council an overview of the available designs and options for Batch 2026.

As we continue coordinating and finalizing these matters, we sincerely appreciate the patience and understanding of our graduating students. We kindly ask everyone to wait for the official announcements as the council works on settling and completing the necessary arrangements.

Last February 28, the COT Graduating Council 2026 successfully held its second weekly meeting, where key matters concerning the graduating students were thoroughly discussed and addressed.

During the meeting, the council reviewed and tackled several concerns raised by Batch 2026, ensuring that questions and issues brought forward by student representatives were carefully considered and clarified. These discussions are part of the council’s ongoing effort to maintain open communication and responsive leadership for our graduating batch.

Updates regarding the graduation pictorial schedule were also finalized to ensure proper coordination and smooth implementation in the coming weeks. On the same day, the council officially proceeded with the contract signing with OneFine Pictures, formally confirming the partnership for the Batch 2026 graduation pictorial services.

Another highlight of the meeting was a meaningful 30-minute talk on “Life After Graduation” delivered by Angelique Gacita from Notion, who shared valuable insights and practical perspectives as students prepare for the transition beyond college life.

To conclude the meeting on a lighter and more celebratory note, the council also took time to celebrate the birthday of our Vice President, Jasmine, reminding us that amidst responsibilities and planning, moments of appreciation and camaraderie remain an important part of the journey.

Through productive discussions, collaboration, and shared goals, the council continues to move forward in ensuring that the preparations for Batch 2026 remain organized, transparent and student-centered. 🌟

Last Friday, February 27, the COT Graduating Council successfully held its General Orientation, Induction and Photo Studio Bidding at the CebuTech Gymnatorium officially kicking off the journey toward graduation for Batch 2026.

The program began with the formal Induction of Officers, marking the official start of the council’s leadership and commitment to serve. This was followed by the Photo Studio Bidding Presentation, where participating studios presented their proposals as part of a transparent selection process. The event concluded with the Orientation Proper, where key announcements, graduation guidelines, and important reminders were discussed with our graduating students.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our Dean, Adviser, OJT Coordinators, participating photo studios, and most especially to Batch 2026 for your presence, cooperation, and active participation. Your support and engagement made the event meaningful and successful.

After a thorough evaluation and formal bidding presentation, the COT Graduating Council 2026 is pleased to officially announce that 𝗢𝗻𝗲𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 has been selected as the Official Graduation Photo Studio for Batch 2026.

The selection was based on a transparent review process, including proposal evaluation, studio presentation, and manual tally of scores conducted in the presence of council officers and college representatives.

We extend our appreciation to all participating studios for their time, professionalism, and competitive proposals. Your efforts are highly valued.
