Palihug ipahibalo nga adunay sayo nga Pagpalista alang sa umaabot nga Kindergarten, Grades 1, 7, ug 11 sa mga publiko nga tunghaan sa elementarya ug sekondarya sugod ugma hangtod Abril 30,2021 sa 9 AM hangtod 5 PM. Palihug pag-adto sa San Jose Elementary School o sa San Jose Barangay Hall aron makuha ang Modified Basic Education Enrollment Form nga kinahanglan nga tubagan. Kung nahuman na, palihug ibalik ang Accomplished Enrollment Form nga adunay gilakip nga PSA Birth Certificate o Live Birth o paghatag sa Barangay Certification alang sa mga katuyoan sa Enrolment (kung ang bata walay PSA BC ug Live Birth). Adunay mga kahon alang sa mga Porma sa Pagpalista (Enrollment Form) ug alang sa natubagan nga mga Porma sa Pagpalista (Accomplished Enrollment Form) . Palihug siguruha nga ang matag usa nakompleto o natubagan ang Enrollment Form ug kung nahuman na, palihug ibutang ang nahuman o natapos nga Enrollment Form sa drop-box sa Kindergarten o Grade One.
Walay Onsite Enrolment tungod sa pagtaas sa mga kaso sa COVID-19. Giawhag ang tanan nga mag-amping pinaagi sa pagsunod sa pisikal nga pagpahilayo (physical distancing) ug pagsul-ob sa maskara sa nawong (face mask) ug taming sa nawong (face shield) .

Online Voting for the Grade One General PTA Online Election for this school year 2020-2021 via Google Form with the electronic ballot that may be currently viewed at https:// forms.gle/4R88VbJsbdPyX3LY9 will officially start at 9 in the morning and will end at 11 in the evening today. All and only the Grade One Parents/Guardians are allowed and eligible to vote.

Election results will be announced on January 29,2020, Friday.

Note: Please write the Pre and Post Test Number, Subject, Week Number, Name, Grade & Section, and the Date.

Option 1:
- 1 separate sheet of paper for Pre and 1 separate sheet of paper for Post Test and paste them on a (scratch) long-sized bondpaper.
Upper part is the Pre-test and for the lower part is the Post Test.

Option 2:
- If you have enough stocks of long-sized bondpaper and available printer and ink, you may reproduce some copies of the photo below. I sent a soft copy of this format to our Group Chat at Class Gratitude.
