𝗧𝗠 𝟮𝟮𝟯𝗖 – 𝗗𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗫𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

All students enrolled in TM 223C are hereby informed that the Departmental Examination will be conducted on May 19, 2026 (Tuesday), from 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN at the 10th Floor, Jones Building, UC Main Campus.

The examination will cover the following topics:
• Incoterms
• Computation of Customs Duty

Examinees are required to wear a plain white polo shirt and bring only the prescribed materials, specifically Mongol No. 2 pencils, erasers, and a standard calculator.

Please be reminded that scientific calculators, smartwatches, and all other electronic devices are strictly prohibited during the examination.

Students are advised to arrive early for proper seating arrangements, examination instructions, and distribution of materials. The department likewise emphasizes professionalism, discipline, and academic integrity throughout the examination period.

All examinees are expected to observe proper conduct, maintain silence during the examination, and strictly comply with all prescribed rules and guidelines.

In line with the Student Affairs Office (SAO) Memorandum No. SAO-MEMO-030-2026 on University Precautionary Measures Due to Rising Heat Index, and pursuant to the directive of the Office of the Dean, all students are hereby advised of the following:

𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
The adjusted uniform policy shall take effect on April 16, 2026, until further notice. In accordance with the Dean’s memorandum, only upper clothing is modified as follows:
– Type A uniform is temporarily suspended
– White polo shirt shall be worn every Monday and Thursday
– Type B uniform shall be worn every Tuesday and Friday

Lower body uniform remains unchanged, including:
– Prescribed uniform pants
– Black shoes

𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞
While the University has temporarily relaxed uniform enforcement under the SAO memorandum, students of the College of Customs Administration are expected to strictly follow the Dean’s directives as an official college-level implementation of the policy.

All students are reminded to maintain proper grooming, professionalism, and adherence to prescribed guidelines at all times. Let us continue to prioritize our health and safety while upholding discipline and standards as Aduanas students.
