On World Press Freedom Day, we honor journalists who risk everything to inform, expose, and empower. From conflict zones to local communities, their stories shape how we understand the worldโand how we choose to act.
In a time when misinformation spreads fast and facts are often questioned, a free and independent press remains our strongest defense against injustice, corruption, and silence. Press freedom is not just a right for journalistsโit is a right for everyone to know, to question, and to speak.
Let the ink never run dry, the cameras never stop rolling, and the truth never be buried.

Hereโs to our CNU graduating students!
What you once gave in effort, time, and sacrifice has now returned to you in the form of becoming, and now you stand at the precipice of one journeyโฆ and the threshold of another.
You didnโt just pass through challenges and arrive exquisitely by happenstance. You weathered every tempest and turned what looked like an abyss of pressure into a birthplace of strength and excellence.
And as you move forwardโnever forgetting that as Iskolar ng Bayan, your learning is never just for yourself, but also for the people you are called to serveโmay you remember that the possibilities ahead are limited only by the depth of your own imagination and the boldness of your dreams.
Waiting ahead of you is a curveball series of chapters that you shall learn to innovate, rewrite, and redefine. From the luxury of that freedom, you are the author and the evidence alike of everything you have survived.
Padayon, Normalista. The world is certainly ready for you!

He is risen!โ๏ธ
Easter Sunday is a celebration that reminds us of Christโs resurrection, a powerful symbol of hope, renewal, and victory over death. It marks the fulfillment of Godโs promise and reflects His endless love for humanity. From the sorrow of the cross comes the light of new life, offering believers a reason to rejoice and hold on to faith.
As we celebrate this meaningful day, may we be inspired to embrace new beginnings and carry hope in our hearts. Just as Christ rose again, we are reminded that no hardship is permanent and that there is always a chance for renewal. Let us continue to live with faith, kindness, and trust in Godโs plan for us.

This Holy Saturday, we find ourselves in the sacred space between the sorrow of the cross and the glory of the resurrection. let us pause, reflect and sit with the quiet anticipation of a promise yet to be fulfilled.
While the world remain silenced and the tomb is sealed, we are reminded that even in the most motionless moments, hope is quietly at work beneath the surface. May we find peace in this day, trusting that the darkest shadows are simply the start to a light that can never be extinguished.
