What is the Philippine Disaster Reduction and Management Act (RA10121)?
Its an act that requires every province, city or municipality to establish a Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office with a DRRM Officer. Each DRRM officer must be civil service eligible and must have civil defense or DRM experience.
