Smiles, laughter, games, music, and heartfelt moments filled the day as the USJ-R Supreme Student Council 44th Congress, through the Committee on Social Responsibility, successfully conducted 𝐏𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐓: 𝑷𝒂𝒈-𝑼𝒃𝒂𝒏 𝒔𝒂 𝑲𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒂𝒚, 𝑷𝒂𝒈-𝑰𝒍𝒂 𝒔𝒂 𝑲𝒂𝒉𝒂𝒈𝒐. ❤️

Together with our hardworking PACUBAS maintenance personnel and security guards from the Basak, Quadricentennial, and Main Campuses, the celebration became a meaningful gathering of gratitude, appreciation, and joy.

From energetic zumba sessions, exciting games, shared meals, and the distribution of Bundles of Joy, every moment reflected our recognition and appreciation for their dedication and unwavering service to the Josenian community. 🤲🏼

In partnership with the USJ-R Office of Student Affairs and Services, USJ-R SSC Office of the Vice President, Office of the Treasurer, Commission on Youth Empowerment, and Commission on Gender and Development, this initiative reminded us that service deserves to be celebrated and appreciated. 🌱

The USJ-R Supreme Student Council 44th Congress, through the Committee on Social Responsibility, successfully implemented 𝐏𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐓: 𝑷𝒂𝒈-𝑼𝒃𝒂𝒏 𝒔𝒂 𝑲𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒂𝒚, 𝑷𝒂𝒈-𝑰𝒍𝒂 𝒔𝒂 𝑲𝒂𝒉𝒂𝒈𝒐 — a heartfelt initiative dedicated to our hardworking PACUBAS maintenance personnel and security guards from the Basak, Quadricentennial, and Main Campuses. 🎉✨

In partnership with the USJ-R Office of Student Affairs and Services, USJ-R SSC Office of the Vice President, Office of the Treasurer, Commission on Youth Empowerment, and Commission on Gender and Development, the activity was filled with fun games, energetic zumba sessions, laughter, and the distribution of Bundles of Joy as a simple yet meaningful way of honoring their dedication, sacrifice, and unwavering service to the university community.

Through this initiative, we celebrated not only with joy, but also with gratitude and recognition for the people who continuously help keep our campuses safe, clean, and thriving every day. 🤲🏼

May this celebration serve as a reminder that every act of service deserves appreciation, and every hardworking individual deserves to be recognized. 🌱

𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝, 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐢𝐠 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬. ❤️

The USJ-R SSC Committee on Social Responsibility successfully implemented the CLAYGO Signages and Reminder Campaign around the USJ-R Main Campus.

Signages and reminders were placed in their respective areas around the campus — canteens, study lounges, and classrooms — to encourage cleanliness, discipline, consideration, and responsibility in shared spaces.

These include reminders such as:
• “𝘼 𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮 𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚.”

Today, additional reminders were placed 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦𝐬 to further encourage every Josenian to practice cleanliness, responsibility, and consideration in our shared spaces.

“𝘾𝙇𝘼𝙔𝙂𝙊 — 𝘼 𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮 𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚.”

These simple reminders serve as a call for everyone to do their part in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming learning environment for all.

𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐬, these reminders encourage everyone to practice cleanliness, consideration, and discipline:

Meanwhile, “Clean As You Go” reminders were also placed in study lounges and inside classrooms to encourage students to maintain cleanliness and responsibility in shared spaces.

This May 12, 2026, say YES to the SSC 2026 Draft Constitution by voting, along with the 45th SSC Elections.

The Draft SSC 2026 Constitution has now been adopted for plebiscite!

After extensive discussions, consultations, and deliberations conducted throughout the Convention sessions, the drafted Constitution was officially adopted and approved by the constitutional body during the 7th ConCon Session held last May 2, 2026.

The mandatory viewing period for the student body has formally commenced. During this period, the studentry shall be informed of the proposed constitutional revisions through both physical and digital means prior to ratification.

The plebiscite and ratification of the proposed SSC Constitution shall be held on May 12, 2026, simultaneously with the 45th Congress Supreme Student Council Elections.

The Council and the Constitutional Convention encourage all Josenians to actively participate and cooperate in the upcoming plebiscite to ensure its validity and proper ratification, as this process serves as a vital step toward strengthening student representation and institutional governance within the university.
