We have extended the enrollment period for those who have not claimed their examination results. This also applies to those who have claimed their exam results, but have not completed the enrollment process due to long cashier lines, office cut-offs, etc.

Attached below is the list of unclaimed exam results. Those who passed the exam have been notified via email. Kindly check your spam mail, as announcements oftentimes end up there.

For those who have taken the entrance exam but have not yet enrolled, kindly complete your enrollment within the week of May 18-23 to secure your slot.

I. Entrance Examination
All applicants, kindly check your email or portal for your official examination schedule. 𝐍𝐎 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐍𝐎 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦

II. Rescheduling Entrance Exam
For those 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐦, you may walk-in for rescheduling in any of these dates:
May 12-May 14, 2026 Tue-Thu (9:00am & 1:30pm)
May 16, 2026 Saturday (9:00am & 1:30pm)

III. Finished Taking Entrance Exam
All applicants who finished taking the entrance exam, kindly check your email for the exam results so you may proceed with the enrollment process.

IV. Enrollment Requirements (for new students only)
Please be guided of the requirements and prepare them beforehand:
1. Original Honorable Dismissal/Certificate of Transfer Credential
(If the Honorable Dismissal/CTC is not available yet, a waiver will be provided promising the submission of the document.)
2. Medical Certificate, CBC, Drug Test, and X-ray.

V. Important Enrollment Dates to Remember
The schedule for 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 will be from May 18 to May 23, 2026.
The 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 in the 2nd Trimester will be on May 23, 2026.

All enrollees are advised to secure hardcopies of their requirements to ensure a smooth enrollment process. We especially require to prepare the 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗹 / 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 (𝘪𝘧 𝘢𝘷𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦) before proceeding to the office for enrollment.

📢ATTENTION!
All work operations are suspended in light of the issuance of Proclamation No.1239 by the Malacañang. This is in connection with the hosting of the 48th ASEAN Summit.

The office will resume all operations on May 9, 2026 (Saturday).
