From 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
These are the following requirements:

☑️ Original copy of the Grade 12 report card with complete signatures
☑️ Certificate of Transfer Credentials (CTC) for transferees
☑️ Original copy of Good Moral certificate
☑️ Photocopy of your NSO Birth certificate
