Notably, first-time takers from UV significantly surpassed the national averages.
For the elementary level, the Main Campus recorded a remarkable passing rate of 94.87%, followed by the Dalaguete Campus with 91.30%, and the Toledo Campus with 50%, all higher than the national passing rate of 46.77%.
In the secondary level, first-time takers from UV campuses once again demonstrated outstanding performance.
The Danao Campus achieved a perfect 100% passing rate, while the Main Campus posted 86.96%, Dalaguete Campus 81.82%, Toledo Campus 68%, and Mandaue Campus 66.67%, all exceeding the national secondary level passing rate of 62.27%.
The Professional Regulation Commission, in coordination with the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT), officially released the results of LEPT conducted last March 23, 2025, in 38 testing centers across the country.
The national passing rate for the elementary level was recorded at 46.77%, with 16,282 passers out of 34,810 examinees.
For the secondary level, 38,747 out of 62,225 examinees successfully passed, marking a national passing rate of 62.27%.
Of these, 13,819 elementary and 32,624 secondary passers were first-time takers, while 2,463 and 6,123 were repeaters, respectively.
