(MAG-IPON HABANG BATA PA)

(10 - 20 - 70 Rule)

Yan ang tinawatag na Abundance Formula by Bro. Bo Sanchez.

Question: "Paano po mag invest? Saan po ba okay mag-invest?"

I get this question A LOT. Sometimes, I’m tempted to just tell them, "This is how you open an investment account, these are the requirements, this is the amount, etc etc." That would have been easier for me but I figured that's not the point why I'm a Financial Educator in the first place. Right?

So, why do I always encourage people to learn the basics first? Why do I go through the long process of educating my clients when I can just cut to the chase and sell an investment product? --- I believe that when people understand why they need to invest, they become empowered to make their own decision, and I think that really matters, in the end the how and where will just follow.

A lot of people start investing, then eventually they will stop because most of them do not actually understand what they got themselves into. Madami pa nga, na-force lang kasi. But when we educate ourselves we get a better grasp of our goals, a realistic timeline and the right strategy that we need in order for us to achieve those goals. Here’s the thing though, you won’t really get it in one seating. You need to constantly educate yourself.

My big message for you today is simple, before you get into any "investment", before getting into the “paano mag invest” invest on your financial education first. As Benjamin Franklin said: An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest.

I hope you learned something today! :)

One simple reason to save money today is to "survive and thrive" during old age.

How can you take care of you during old age?
How can you continue to show love to grand kids and your children?
How can you continue to enjoy life during retirement years?

Save.

P50 × 3 meals/ day = P150
P150 × 365 days = P54,750 (yearly)
P54,750 × 15 yrs = P821,250

HANDA ka na ba?

WHAT IF:
1. Dalawa kayong mag-asawa
2. Magkasakit kayo
3. May emergency
4. Mas humaba pa ang buhay
5. Wala ng mabibili ang P50

ANO ang mga OPTIONS natin?
1. Umasa sa mga anak
2. Magtrabaho pa din kahit 60 yrs old pataas na.

There are 2 ways to invest in the STOCK MARKET:

1.) Direct Investing
2.) Indirect Investing

a.) Time
b.) Knowledge/Technical Analysis
c.) Big Capital

Example, ikaw may 5,000 pesos, ako may 100,000 pesos at yung friend mo may 1 milyon. Still, kumita kapa rin.
