Alpha Phi Omega - CTU Main Petitioning Chapter

On December 16, 1925, Alpha Phi Omega was founded at Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, by Frank Reed Horton, guided by the ideals of the Boy Scouts of America. From its humble beginnings, APO grew into the largest collegiate service fraternity in the world united not by privilege, but by purpose.

For 100 years, Alpha Phi Omega has stood firm on its three cardinal principles: Leadership, Friendship, and Service. Across generations, cultures, and nations, APO members have answered the call to serve, strengthening communities, shaping leaders, and building lifelong bonds of brotherhood and sisterhood.

From disaster response and community outreach to campus leadership and nation building, Alpha Phi Omega has continuously proven that service is not an act, but a way of life. Each member, past and present, carries forward a legacy of selfless commitment and shared responsibility.

As we commemorate this historic milestone, we honor the vision of our founders, the sacrifices of those who came before us, and the passion of those who continue to serve today. The first century of Alpha Phi Omega is a testament to what unity and service can achieve.
