I. OLFACTORY - Smell
II. OPTIC - Vision
III. OCULOMOTOR - Eye movement
IV. TROCHLEAR - Linear eye movement (downward & inward)
V. TRIGEMINAL - Biting, chewing & facial sensation
VI. ABDUCENS - Parallel eye movement (lateral & away from the midline)
VII. FACIAL - Facial expressions & taste (sweet & salty)
VIII. ACOUSTIC - Balance & hearing
IX. GLOSSOPHARYNGEAL - Tongue movement, swallowing & taste (sour & bitter)
X. VAGUS - Swallowing, speaking, cough & facial sensations
XI. SPINAL - Neck & shoulder muscle strength
XII. HYPOGLOSSAL - Tongue movement, swallowing & speech
