To prepare third-year students for their thesis journey, the Hospitality Management (HM) Unit of Cavite State University – Cavite City Campus is conducting a webinar, today, April 30.

‎𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: In partnership with the First Aid Service Team (FAST), AemiJaeCus Pharmacy shared a talk on PhilHealth YAKAP Wellness Campaign and Health at Cavite State University - Cavite City Campus, April 30.

The symposium discussed the expansion of preventive and primary services, and talks on support for Filipino people's healthcare through PhilHealth benefits.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) of Cavite State University-Cavite Campus (CvSU-CCC) has officially announced that the admission portal is now open.

Applicants who were unable to complete the validation of requirements last Tuesday and Wednesday are encouraged to visit the OSAS office to finalize the process.

Schedules for the validation of requirements are listed below:
Final day for validation is on Thursday, May 7, 2026.
Additional validation days will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (May 4, 6, and 7), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Applicants are advised to bring all necessary documents to ensure a hassle free validation process.

Cavite City is expected to experience a heat index of up to 43°C.

Everyone is advised to stay in cool areas, and maintain proper hydration for safety during extreme heat conditions.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: ‎CvSU–CCC Opens Graduate Program Applications for AY 2026–2027

‎Cavite State University–Cavite City Campus (CvSU-CCC) opened its applications for graduate programs under the College of Advanced Professional Studies (CAPS) for the First Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027.
‎
‎In line with BOR Resolution No. 41, s. 2000, applicants must submit the necessary requirements to the Campus Administrator’s Office of Cavite State University–Cavite City Campus.

The said campus offers Master in Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) for aspiring professionals and educators.

‎Applicants are required to complete the online application form included in the Facebook post.

‎The offered program will be held at UNLAD Building (Annex) in Cavite City with face-to-face classes scheduled every Saturday.

𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘 | As per Office Memorandum No. 13 s. 2026, Cavite State University-Cavite City Campus will conduct online synchronous classes due to expected dangerous level of heat index in the city, on April 29.

Based on the DOST-PAGASA heat index forecast, Cavite City will experience 44°C that falls under the danger category.

Meanwhile, students who are scheduled for pictorial services are still permitted to report to campus to avail of the services of NAPS Enterprises.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: The Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) of Cavite State University – Cavite City Campus releases important reminders and examination guidelines for incoming first-year applicants scheduled for the Admission Examination on May 05, 2026 and May 28, 2026.

On a separate Facebook post, OSAS advised the applicants to review the venue location map, print their Examination Permit, and bring the required materials and valid identification on their scheduled examination date.

Examinees are reminded to strictly follow all examination policies, including the prohibition of electronic devices inside the venue and the required arrival time indicated in their examination schedule.

It was autumn.

I found myself standing outside the house of a woman across Cornelia Street.

Until a day that gasped my entire existence…

I saw her—but with a man. She seemed happy, hopping as they walked.

Her house is across Cornelia St., but they took a left turn through and around the street.

Even after the sorrowful discovery, I was still there.

She appeared. Alone.

She went around Cornelia Street, yet I was still outside her house.

She was about to approach me.

I was in hope of this day. She'd finally talk to me.

I walk towards her.

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) conducted an online survey entitled "Student Flexible Learning Energy Crisis," launched this April 16 aiming to gather students' responses on how ongoing energy issues impact flexible learning and their overall academic experience.

Students' responses gathered from different schools will serve as an initiative that aims to highlight how power outages and related disruptions are affecting education, providing valuable insights for teachers and policymakers to develop effective solutions that can support students during the current energy crisis.
