Manuel S. Rojas Elementary School proudly participated in the Division Monitoring of the Implementation of ARAL Hour and Other School-Initiated Intervention Programs, in line with Division Memorandum No. 284, s. 2026 of the Schools Division Office of Cavite City.

The monitoring activity highlighted the school's commitment to ensuring that assessment results are effectively utilized in identifying learners' needs, implementing appropriate interventions, and continuously improving instructional practices to enhance learning outcomes. Through the collective efforts of our teaching and non-teaching personnel, MRES remains steadfast in providing quality, inclusive, and learner-centered education.

Manuel S. Rojas Elementary School proudly joins the nation in celebrating the 𝟒𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐑𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 with the theme:

💙 Values Formation Session | CC2N Partnership 💙

This July, following the Flag Ceremony, Manuel S. Rojas Elementary School, under the leadership of our School Principal, Mr. Nehro F. Dela Cruz, successfully conducted a Values Formation Session in partnership with CC2N (Cavite City to the Nation).

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our guest speaker, Joseph Merced, for delivering an inspiring and meaningful talk on the topic, "Forgiveness." Through his message, our learners were encouraged to embrace forgiveness as a virtue that promotes peace, compassion, understanding, and stronger relationships with others.

As part of the activity, CC2N also distributed informative pamphlets and shared a tarpaulin that will serve as a lasting reminder of the values and lessons imparted during the session.

We also express our sincere gratitude to our School Principal, Mr. Nehro for his unwavering support in promoting values formation programs that help nurture learners' character and holistic development.

This is due to the incoming inclement weather conditions brought upon by Super Typhoon Inday based on the 11 PM weather forecast by DOST-PAGASA.

Ngayong Biyernes, sama-sama nating isusulong ang isang ligtas, positibo, at handang learning environment sa National Safe Schools Summit and Safety Drill! 🏫🛡️

Bahagi ng aktibidad ang pagsasagawa ng safety drill upang higit pang mapalakas ang kahandaan ng mga paaralan sa pagtugon sa emergencies at iba pang insidente.

Magkakaroon din ng mga session kasama ang DepEd partners at iba’t ibang ahensya upang talakayin ang kaligtasan, disiplina, mental health, at proteksyon sa karapatan ng mga mag-aaral at personnel.

𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀, 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

The school’s commitment in providing inclusive and learner-centered education was reinforced as Dr. Sheila D. Lee, Education Program Supervisor (EPS) in Kindergarten of the Schools Division Office (SDO) of Cavite City, conducted a monitoring visit on the implementation of the Language Mapping Process. The activity underscored the importance of accurately identifying learners’ home languages to ensure that instructional strategies effectively respond to their linguistic and cultural backgrounds.

Dr. Lee was warmly welcomed by School Principal,
Mr. Nehro F. Dela Cruz, together with Mrs. Peggybel R. Luna, Teacher III and SSES Coordinator, and Mr. John Carlo P. Cruzada, Teacher III and Language Mapping Focal Person, who presented the school’s initiatives and accomplishments in implementing the Language Mapping Process.

During the visit, Dr. Lee reviewed language mapping records, validation forms, and supporting documents to assess the accuracy and completeness of the school’s data. She also provided technical guidance and valuable recommendations to further strengthen data collection, documentation, and validation practices, emphasizing that reliable language profiles are essential in developing responsive and inclusive learning environments.

Dr. Lee commended the school’s Language Mapping Team for its commitment to ensuring quality implementation of the program. She also expressed her appreciation to the Key Stage 1 (KS1) class advisers, whose dedication, diligence, and collaborative efforts in gathering and validating learners’ language information played a vital role in the successful completion of the Language Mapping Process. Their commitment to engaging parents and guardians helped ensure that the data collected accurately reflected the linguistic backgrounds of the learners.

The monitoring visit concluded with a shared commitment to continuously improve language mapping practices and uphold the Department of Education’s goal of providing equitable, culturally responsive, and learner-centered education. Through the collective efforts of school leaders, teachers, and stakeholders, the school continues to chart every learner’s language journey, laying a stronger foundation for meaningful teaching and learning.
