โRights First, Legislation Forward โ Strategic Action for Equal Participation and Inclusive Development.โ
This meaningful celebration highlights our shared commitment in creating an inclusive, equitable, and learner-centered environment where every child, especially learners with disabilities, is respected, supported, and empowered to achieve their fullest potential. As one school community, we continue to uphold equal rights, remove barriers to learning, and promote meaningful participation for everyone.
Guided by the leadership of our School Head, Mr. Nehro F. Dela Cruz, Manuel S. Rojas Elementary School remains steadfast in advancing inclusive education and ensuring that every learner receives quality, accessible, and equitable learning opportunities.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our dedicated SNED Teachers โ Mrs. Consuelo Vicera, Mrs. Nieves S. Antig, and Mrs. Merla Parani โ for their unwavering commitment, compassion, and dedication in providing meaningful support, guidance, and inclusive learning experiences for our learners with disabilities.
Our sincere gratitude also goes to our SNED Coordinator, PSDS Marcela Dela Cruz, for gracing this celebration with her presence and for her continued support and leadership in strengthening Special Needs Education programs and advocating for inclusive education.
We likewise acknowledge and thank our Guidance Teacher, Ms. Cherryl B. Losanoy, Sir Consejo M. Remegio Jr. , and Sir Joselito D. Sorosoro for their invaluable support and active participation in promoting learner welfare, inclusion, and the holistic development of every child.
Together, let us continue to champion diversity, embrace inclusion, and build a compassionate, barrier-free society where every individual is valued and no one is left behind.
