Get to know Marggie May Alegre, a current STEM student of SAS Mendez — a Gold Academic Awardee, director of Senakulo 2026, active journalist, and the next SSG Senator of Grade 12 STEM.
She was a Grade 11 transferee, but this did not hinder her from showcasing her capabilities and skills within the school community. Instead, she proved that passion and determination can break barriers and open greater opportunities.
Marggie is an active journalist under the Broadcasting Team as a News Anchor and is also part of the PubMat Team, where she has created numerous impactful publicity materials that helped promote school events and activities.
Beyond journalism, she has also established herself as a responsible and creative director. She successfully directed several activities inside and outside the classroom, including Senakulo 2026 and the SAS Short Film, where she demonstrated leadership and artistic vision.
Her journey reflects growth and dedication — proving that being a transferee is never a limitation, but an opportunity to rise and excel.

As School Year 2025–2026 comes to an end, we simply want to say thank you. This year was made meaningful because of the people who gave their time, effort, and care each day for our students and for the whole SASM community.
To our administrators, thank you for leading the school with dedication and purpose.
To our teachers, thank you for your patience and love for teaching. Your lessons went beyond the classroom and helped shape the minds and hearts of our students.
To our non teaching personnel, thank you for all the work you do, seen and unseen, to keep our school orderly, safe, and welcoming every day.
To our School Director, Rev. Fr. Dominador C. Duroy, Jr., thank you for your guidance and leadership rooted in faith and service.
Because of all of you, we continue to form Batang DICES Graduates for Church and Nation, young people ready to use their knowledge, values, and talents to serve others.
