The 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧 𝗖𝗮𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 releases the combined results from Precincts 1 and 2. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘁 𝟭 registered 𝟭𝟳𝟮 𝗬𝗘𝗦 𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 and 𝟱 𝗡𝗢 𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀, while 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘁 𝟮 tallied 𝟮𝟬𝟲 𝗬𝗘𝗦 𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 and 𝟯𝟬 𝗡𝗢 𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀.These outcomes highlight the participation and unified commitment of EARISTians in this electoral exercise.

We commend all students who took part in the voting process and helped uphold fairness, transparency, and student representation within our campus. Your involvement continues to strengthen our institution.

Today, 𝑫𝒆𝒄𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 4, 2025, the 𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒕𝒆 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑮𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 (𝑰𝑺𝑮) conducted a comprehensive room-to-room presentation of the proposed 𝒂𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑬𝑺𝑮-1995 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑩𝒚-𝑳𝒂𝒘𝒔 𝒂𝒕 𝑬𝑨𝑹𝑰𝑺𝑻 𝑪𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒆 𝑪𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒖𝒔. This initiative aimed to ensure that every student was well-informed about the revisions, their purpose, and their impact on student governance.

Throughout the day, ISG representatives visited various classrooms to explain the key changes. Immediately after each presentation, the 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒏 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑬𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 (𝑪𝑶𝑴𝑺𝑬𝑳𝑬𝑪) 𝒇𝒂𝒄𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒐𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒊𝒔𝒄𝒊𝒕𝒆 𝒗𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈, allowing students to cast their votes regarding the adoption of the proposed amendments.

This coordinated effort highlights the commitment of both ISG and COMSELEC to transparency, inclusivity, and active student engagement in shaping the future of the institution’s governance framework.

𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘

In light of the proposed amendments to the 1995 ESG Constitution and By-Laws, the scheduled 𝗠𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲 𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 and the 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 for Academic Year 2025–2026 have been officially 𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗗 until further notice.

A new schedule for both the Miting de Avance and the election will be announced once the necessary revisions and compliance requirements have been fully addressed.

Please be reminded that the extension for filing of candidacy will end tomorrow, November 26, 2025, at exactly 12:00 noon.

After this deadline, no further extensions or submissions will be accepted.

Let this be our final call to action: we must not let this critical moment pass without meaningful participation.

We strongly urge every qualified student to seriously consider running for a position and to encourage your peers, friends, and classmates to file their certificates of candidacy as well. A genuine election requires choices, and those choices begin with all of us.

As it stands, every executive position remains uncontested. If we truly desire positive change and to avoid continuing an unchallenged leadership structure within the institution, now is the time to step up and support capable, committed student leaders.

Applicants shall file all their documents on A4 size paper. Compile in an A4 brown envelope and submit the following requirements to the Office of the Student Affairs and Services.

Write legibly on the back of the brown envelope your name (Last Name, First Name, Middle Name), and the position you're running for.
