Back-to-back-to-back champions! After dominating the University Games in 2024 and 2025, the CCAT Pistons once again proved their excellence as they emerged as the overall champion of this yearโ€™s University Games 2026!

With 69 gold medals, the CCAT Pistons continue to raise the bar and make history!

Congratulations to all student-athletes, coaches, and the entire CCAT Pistons delegation!

Thank you as well to everyone who supported and believed in us in achieving this once-in-a-lifetime milestone!

This World Hand Hygiene Day, we mark 18 years of SAVE LIVES Clean Your Hands by reminding everyone in health care that clean hands protect patients and health workers.

โ€ผ๏ธHINDI LAHAT NG INUMIN AY NAKAKA-HYDRATE, TUBIG PA RIN ANG PINAKA-EPEKTIBO SA MAINIT NA PANAHON!โ€ผ๏ธ
Ayon sa research ng Acta Medica Philippina, 6 sa bawat 10 Pilipino (64.41%) ang umiinom ng sugar-sweetened beverages (SSB) araw-araw. Ibig sabihin, mahilig ang mga Pinoy sa mga matatamis at malalamig na inumin.
Kaya palalala ng DOH ngayong Semana Santa, gawing regular ang pag-inom ng tubig bilang pinaka-epektibong inumin para maiwasan ang heat exhaustion at dehydration.
