Sumisimbolo ito ng pagkakaisa na lampas sa club, chapter, o region.

Sa bawat pagkamay, may mensaheng “iisa tayo.”
Walang mataas, walang mababa—pantay-pantay bilang magkakapatid.

Kaya kapag may nakasalubong kang Kuya o Ate,
isang mahigpit na pagkamay tanda ng pagsaludo—
