The application for the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) for Academic Year 2026–2027 is now open.

If you are NOT currently a beneficiary of TES or TDP, you are encouraged to apply by scanning the QR code or clicking the application link provided below.

✅ Who may apply?

You may apply if you:

Are a continuing student who will enroll for AY 2026–2027 at CvSU – Cavite City Campus.
Are NOT a current beneficiary of TES (Tertiary Education Subsidy).
Are NOT a current beneficiary of TDP (Tulong Dunong Program).
Are NOT receiving any other government-funded scholarship, such as:
CHED Merit Scholarship Program
DOST Scholarship Program
Other government-funded scholarship grants

ATTENTION: ALL STUDENT GRANTEES OF CvSU – CAVITE CITY CAMPUS WHO ARE RESIDING IN CAVITE CITY

The Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) announces the Scholarship Payout for qualified college scholars residing in Cavite City.

This payout is intended for:

Scholars who were unable to claim their scholarship during the payout held on June 18, 2026, at the CCAT Campus; and
Scholars with unclaimed scholarship grants.

⚠️ LAST CHANCE TO CLAIM YOUR SCHOLARSHIP!

This will be the final opportunity to claim your scholarship grant. Scholars who fail to claim their scholarship during this payout may no longer be able to receive their grant.

This deadline is necessary to give us enough time to encode the submitted information in the required template and prepare the consolidated report for submission to CHED UniFAST within the given timeline.

We highly encourage all concerned grantees to submit their complete and accurate LandBank account information before the deadline.

The Unified Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education (UniFAST) has been made aware of a recent incident involving a Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) grantee who was deceived by an individual using a fake social media account that impersonated a member of UniFAST personnel, particularly a Regional Coordinator from the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).

𝗪𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴:
• UniFAST personnel will never request the return of scholarship or subsidy funds through personal bank accounts, e-wallets, GCash accounts, or private social media messages.
• Official communications and transactions are conducted only through recognized and authorized UniFAST, CHED, or partner institution channels.
• Do not share personal information, account details, passwords, PINs, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with anyone claiming to represent UniFAST.
• Always verify requests for information or financial transactions through official UniFAST offices, CHED Regional Offices, or your Higher Education Institution (HEI).
• Be cautious of messages that create a sense of urgency, use threats or intimidation, or instruct recipients to keep transactions confidential. These are common indicators of fraudulent activity.
• Immediately report suspicious messages, accounts, or transactions to UniFAST, your HEI, or the appropriate authorities.

The safety and welfare of our student beneficiaries remain our highest priority. We encourage everyone to remain vigilant and rely only on official sources of information. Through collective awareness and responsible verification, we can prevent scammers from taking advantage of students and their families. UniFAST remains committed to ensuring that educational assistance reaches its intended beneficiaries safely, securely, and transparently.
