OFFICIAL CLARIFICATORY STATEMENT
This is to clarify and address the inquiries, concerns, and questions regarding the recent post published on the social media page **“CVSU-Cavite City Campus – Scholarship and Financial Assistance”** concerning the **TES–TDP Landbank Account Application**.
The list of names posted consists of officially identified grantees of the **Tulong Dunong Program (TDP)** and **Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES)** for Academic Year 2024–2025. These names were verified and cleared by the Scholarship Focal Person from the Cavite State University Main Campus.
We would also like to clarify why some names included in the list are already graduates or students who have recently completed their studies. Since the release pertains to Academic Year 2024–2025 grantees, some beneficiaries may have already graduated during the current 2nd Semester of Academic Year 2025–2026 but are still included in the official list released by CHED.
For everyone’s information, the list was officially released by CHED and received by our office via email last Wednesday, May 27, 2026, which was also a holiday. The information was reviewed and officially posted on Thursday afternoon, May 28, 2026. During this time, our staff members were simultaneously assisting the Admission Team in facilitating the smooth flow of entrance examinations at the UNLAD Building, where internet connection was unstable and limited.
Despite these circumstances, our office still exerted efforts to contact students by checking for existing group chats and communication channels. However, some students included in the list are newly identified grantees for Academic Year 2024–2025, which explains why some of them were not yet included in existing scholarship group chats.
On the other hand, some students who recently received their Notice of Award (NOA) with corresponding TDP Award Numbers but are not included in the posted list may still be under processing or validation as newly approved grantees.
We are also receiving numerous inquiries regarding problems encountered during the online Landbank account application process. Please be informed that our office does not have direct access to Landbank systems and processes. For concerns related to bank account opening, online application issues, or account validation, students are advised to proceed to the nearest Landbank branch and bring the required Annex B document. Landbank personnel are the authorized individuals who can properly address and answer concerns regarding account application procedures.
Furthermore, with regard to the authenticity of the released list, we confirm that the list posted is FINAL and LEGITIMATE based on the official document transmitted to our office.
For students asking about the process of application, validation, and selection of beneficiaries, available information and guidelines may also be viewed through the official UNIFAST YouTube Channel and other official UNIFAST platforms.
Lastly, starting today, this page will officially serve as the primary platform for announcements, updates, and information regarding scholarships and financial assistance programs of Cavite State University – Cavite City Campus.
