What comes next begins with what is brought forward.

The Congress of the Campus Leaders will convene its First Session, bringing together student leaders of Isabela State University – Cauayan City Campus. It will be a space to bring matters from across the Campus forward—concerns to be raised, ideas to be weighed, and perspectives to be placed alongside one another. Not every matter will have an immediate answer, but every matter deserves to be heard with attention and considered with purpose.

The first sitting is where the work begins. As student leaders take part in the proceedings, the Congress opens a space for questions, positions, and proposals to meet before decisions take shape. What comes to the floor may become a point of discussion, a basis for action, or simply something that needs to be understood better. In each case, the conversation moves student leadership's work forward.
