We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the week‑long Enhancement Review Seminar in Microbiology and Parasitology, attended by the fourth‑year Medical Technology students as part of their academic requirements.

This intensive academic undertaking was facilitated by the Pangmalakasan Review Center and expertly delivered by our distinguished lecturer, 𝗦𝗶𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗼𝘀 𝗚. 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗮, 𝗥𝗠𝗧, 𝗔𝗦𝗖𝗣𝗶, 𝗗𝗧, 𝗠𝗦𝗠𝗧.

The week provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen competencies, reinforce theoretical foundations, and enhance readiness for future licensure examinations and clinical practice.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Sir Arada for his dedication and expertise, and to all participating students for their commitment to academic excellence. This successful undertaking marks another meaningful step in shaping competent and future‑ready medical laboratory professionals.

Region 1 Medical Center warmly welcomes our Medical Technology Interns as they officially begin their clinical internship journey through today’s orientation.

As part of their preparation, the interns will undergo Phlebotomy Training on August 12, 2026, strengthening their skills and knowledge in proper blood collection, patient safety, and laboratory practice.

Following their training, the interns will officially begin their clinical deployment on August 15, 2026, marking the start of their hands-on experience in the hospital laboratory setting.

May this new chapter be filled with meaningful learning experiences, valuable lessons, and opportunities to grow into competent, compassionate, and dedicated future medical technologists.
